How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every US order (usually 5-8 business days). Optional priority processing is $2.95 at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Items stocked in US warehouses usually arrive 5-8 business days after dispatch. A few items ship from our international warehouse and take 10-16 business days; the product page says so. See our shipping policy.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Our products ship from partner warehouses, so items from different warehouses travel separately, each with its own tracking number.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our order tracking page.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We ship within the United States only.
Returns and help
What if I'm not happy with my order?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email support@groomharbor.com with your order number to start a return, and please don't mail anything back until we send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong: tell us within 7 days of delivery (with a photo) and we cover it. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Details are in our refund policy.

Products and grooming
Which brush is right for my pet?
Short, smooth coats do well with a grooming glove. Medium and long coats need a slicker brush. Thick double coats need an undercoat rake during shedding season. Browse brushes and deshedding tools or read how to deshed a dog at home.
Are your tools safe for cats?
Many are. Look in our cat grooming collection for tools sized and suited for cats. Always brush gently and keep sessions short.
What does a multi-pack save me?
Some products, like brushes, gloves and laundry fur catchers, come in 2- and 3-packs. The saving shown is the real difference from buying singles.
Can I use these tools instead of a professional groomer?
They are made for routine care between professional visits. For heavy matting, skin problems or a pet that is very stressed, see a professional groomer or your vet.
