Shipping policy
GroomHarbor is operated by Bright Mark.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States (usually 5-8 business days). Optional "Standard shipping plus priority processing" is available at checkout for $2.95: your order is processed first, then ships by the same standard service.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
GroomHarbor products ship from partner warehouses, so delivery time depends on the item:
- Items stocked in US warehouses (most of our range): usually 5-8 business days after dispatch.
- Items shipped from our international warehouse (marked on the product page): usually 10-16 business days after dispatch.
If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak seasons.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.
Late or missing orders
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email support@groomharbor.com with your order number and we will make it right.
