How to measure: wrap a soft tape around your pet's neck where the collar sits, then add 1-2 in (about two fingers). Pick the collar length that covers that number. Between two sizes? Choose the longer one.

Email us within 30 days of delivery. Send it back unused, in its packaging, for a refund under our 30-day returns, then order the length you need.
Is it OK for cats?
Yes. The maker lists it for dogs and cats. Measure your cat's neck the same way; the 10 in and 12 in lengths are the smallest.
Can my pet wear it unattended?
Please don't. Take the collar off when your pet is alone or crated, and never use it to tie your pet out.
